I had a wonderful stay at Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower, enjoying the spacious room and stunning city views from the 42nd floor. The location was convenient, being close to the train station and surrounded by various amenities. The dining options at the hotel were decent, but I found the cleanliness could have been better.
